** It is important to let each layer dry before applying the next application (no more than 3 layers).
Glide on the first layer to build the color foundation and let dry.
Apply a second layer to evenly blend out the color for a more vibrant effect and let dry to experience long-lasting, smudge proof, kissable lips.
If you do not let each layer dry the lacquer will feel sticky on your lips. You will know it is starting to dry when your lips begin to feel more firm.
